Trauma-Informed Youth Support Officer

Taff Housing Association is recruiting a Support Officer for Ty Parc, a new supported accommodation project in Abergavenny. You will manage a caseload of five care‑experienced young people aged 16+, lead on assessments and risk management, and line manage a small team of support workers, while delivering trauma‑informed, person‑centred support.
