The NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group is seeking a Health Records Clerk to ensure accurate, complete and timely access to patient records within the EDMS. You will handle retrieval, scanning, indexing and quality assurance in line with departmental procedures using EDMS, PAS and EMIS systems.
As part of the Health Records Scanning Bureau you will support digitisation of paper records into the Trust EDMS, Hyland OnBase and EMIS, while coordinating with clinical and administrative staff
