Education HR Officer: Payroll, Recruitment & Records

Marchant Recruitment is seeking an organised and proactive HR Officer to join its central team, supporting a network of schools across Nottingham.

You will manage day-to-day HR tasks across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll changes, employee records, absence management, contracts, pensions and family leave, and supporting managers with routine HR queries.
