Education HR Officer: End-to-End HR at a Barnet School

A well-established secondary school in Barnet is seeking a proactive HR Officer to provide a professional and responsive HR service across the school. You’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, staff contracts and changes, HR systems and employee records, absence and leave administration, DBS and pre-employment checks, payroll information, HR reporting and compliance.
