HR Generalist & ER Specialist (Hybrid – Cambridge)

Mundipharma is seeking an HR Generalist to join the Cambridge HR team, delivering day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle with a focus on employee relations. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, advising on policies and handling routine cases such as absence, performance, conduct and probation while maintaining accurate documentation.
