Internal HR Advisor – Payroll, Recruitment & Policies

An Internal HR Advisor is sought to support the HR function across Annesley Gandon’s parks throughout the UK. You will report to the HR Director and help deliver effective HR support, ensuring consistent processes across the group.

Key duties include payroll and recruitment, onboarding, policy development, training, disciplinary and absence management, and liaising with line managers to ensure fair application of guidelines. Experience in HR and employment law is preferred.
