People Advisor: Hybrid HR Partner to Leaders

Livewell Southwest is seeking a proactive People Advisor to join the HR People Team in Plymouth. You will provide high-quality HR advice, coaching and operational support to managers across a wide range of services.

The role requires CIPD involvement, strong employment law knowledge, and the ability to balance competing priorities while developing people management capability. Hybrid working with on-site presence as required, and a commitment to staff development.
