Impactful IPS Employment Specialist (Mental Health)

Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Step On team on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will champion the IPS service and manage a caseload of 20-25 people in secondary mental health services, helping them gain and retain paid employment or engage in higher education.

You will be trained in IPS or be willing to train to diploma level, working to enable clients to transition into the labour market and support their progression with employers
