  • Strengthen PTO’s direct hiring capability, building our own global talent network and reducing reliance on external recruitment agencies.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from applications and screening through to interviews, feedback and offers, supporting hiring across our global teams.
  • Ensure PTO’s established hiring framework is followed consistently, adapting processes where appropriate to local hiring requirements.
  • Deliver a brilliant candidate experience through proactive communication, timely follow-ups and effective coordination with hiring managers across different locations.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers and our ATS, supporting offer and pre-employment processes in collaboration with the People Team.

Talent Attraction & Early Careers

  • Help develop PTO’s employer brand, ensuring our careers website and recruitment content showcase our culture, global opportunities and what makes us a unique place to work.
  • Support recruitment campaigns and identify creative ways to attract talent from diverse backgrounds, industries and geographic markets.
  • Own recruitment for the PTO Internship Programme, building relationships with universities, early-career platforms and relevant networks.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen our talent attraction and recruitment approach as PTO expands internationally, including supporting the integration and growth of Challenge Family.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 0-2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent, sales, research or a similar people-facing role, with a genuine interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
  • Confident, personable and curious, with an interest in researching industries, building relationships and engaging new people across different markets.
  • A proactive, self-motivated doer who takes initiative, brings fresh ideas and gets things done without waiting for direction.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and collaborate with stakeholders across different locations and time zones.
  • Resilient, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the confidence to navigate challenges and try new approaches.
  • Passionate about fair and inclusive hiring and building diverse, high-performing teams.
  • Comfortable with a “no job is too small” mentality and excited by the opportunity to help build PTO’s global talent function .
  • The opportunity to change the sport of triathlon and build something you can be really proud of.
  • Flat working environment and a get-things-done company culture.

  • 25 days holiday + Christmas break.
  • Flexible Working Structure.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Company share option scheme to drive ownership ability and allow financial participation in company success.
