Civic Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Personal Advisor for the Leaving Care Service in Peterborough. You will support care leavers as they transition to adulthood, offering advice, guidance and practical help with housing, education, employment, finances, health and independence.
Working hours 37 per week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30, with hybrid working from Sand Martin House / Chauffeurs Cottage, Peterborough.
