Achieving for Children in Kingston upon Thames is seeking a motivated Personal Advisor to work with young people aged 16 and over in the care system, alongside social workers, within a multi-agency network. You will support pathway planning, help develop independent living skills, budgeting, education, training and employment, health, and social networks, with a collaborative, flexible approach.
