HR Operations & Payroll Specialist (12-Month Contract)

One YMCA Group is seeking an HR Operations Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to streamline HR processes and payroll workflows. You will work at the center of HR operations, driving data accuracy and improving self-service through SharePoint and digital resources.

You will coordinate the colleague lifecycle, develop the HR Operations team, and embed efficient workflows across systems. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience is preferred, with strong MS 365 skills.
