Senior Forensic Social Worker – Mental Health Safeguarding

Elysium Healthcare at Thornford Park in Thatcham is seeking a Senior Social Worker to lead a multidisciplinary team, manage caseloads, and supervise junior staff within a forensic setting. You’ll handle assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals and promote safeguarding across child and adult services.

In this role you’ll develop care plans, work with external agencies, and contribute to service user rehabilitation.
