Graduate Engineer – Secure Communications & Defence Tech

Babcock is offering a two-year Electronic and Communications Engineering Graduate Programme across multiple UK locations, starting September 2027. You’ll rotate through the Mission Technologies business, gaining hands-on experience in secure communications and embedded systems.

You’ll design and deliver systems that protect nations and connect communities, with structured support, mentorship and masterclasses, aiming toward Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status.
