Post-16 Student Services & Wellbeing Lead

Leigh Academy Blackheath is seeking a dedicated Student Services Manager (Post 16) to lead LAB16’s pastoral care, attendance monitoring, and safeguarding efforts. You will support IB students toward university, apprenticeships, or career pathways while overseeing Post-16 admissions and bursaries.

You will work within LAB16 as part of Leigh Academies Trust, contributing to a collaborative, wellbeing-focused environment and providing targeted 1:1 and group support for students with diverse needs.
