Data & Insights Lead – Housing Programs Dashboards

Great Places Housing Association is seeking a Data and Insights Officer in Manchester to support the Housing First and RSAP Partnership. The role focuses on understanding performance, outcomes and service quality through robust data analysis and insight from the Salesforce case management system.

You will develop reports and dashboards, ensure data quality, and provide timely information to commissioners, housing providers and researchers to drive data‑driven decisions and programme improvement.
