Graduate Site Engineer – Structured Training & Mentoring

GRAHAM Academy is seeking a motivated Graduate Assistant Site Engineer to join the Midlands team. This on-site role provides structured training, mentoring, and exposure to diverse construction projects, enabling rapid development of technical and leadership skills.

The successful graduate will work with the site team to ensure safety, quality and timely delivery, while applying academic knowledge in practical settings and progressing towards chartership.
