Hybrid 1st Line Support – Service Desk (6-Month Contract)

VIQU IT is partnering with a leading legal-sector organisation to recruit a 1stLine Support contractor for a 6-month hybrid role in Liverpool. The position focuses on BAU IT support, both remote and deskside, in a Microsoft environment.

You will work with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Outlook, Teams, and AD, delivering strong customer service while triaging tickets in ServiceNow. Desirable exposure to iManage or Bomgar is noted.
