New Homes Paralegal Trainee – Residential Conveyancing

Chattertons in Grantham seeks a Trainee Paralegal or Paralegal to join the New Homes Purchase Team. The role handles new-build purchases alongside routine residential conveyancing, with direct client contact and progression of a varied caseload.

The ideal candidate may hold a Law degree (desirable) and/or residential property experience, and should work calmly under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver excellent client service with the firm’s high standards of care.
