Hybrid Skincare Customer Care Consultant

ELEMIS is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to deliver luxury service across phone, email and live chat from our Filton office. You will guide customers to skincare routines, process orders and handle enquiries with empathy and problem-solving. A hybrid schedule provides three office days and two remote days after training.
