The Opportunity
This is an opportunity to join a specialist firm at the intersection of investment, infrastructure and energy. Working closely with our consultants, you will develop an understanding of the industries we cover, the firms operating within them and the people shaping their development.
The role combines detailed market research and data management with the coordination and delivery of live executive search mandates. You will help build and maintain the market intelligence that informs our work, translating research into meaningful insights that support commercial decisions, identify talent and shape our approach to new opportunities.
As part of a lean, entrepreneurial team, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, develop specialist sector knowledge and gain first-hand exposure to how a research-led professional services business operates.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Research & Intelligence: Research infrastructure and energy markets, investment firms, funds and relevant professionals to build a detailed understanding of the sectors in which we operate
- Data & Market Mapping: Build, maintain and analyse databases of firms and individuals, using structured information to identify market trends, inform commercial decisions and support business development
- Client Materials & Presentations: Produce high-quality presentations, candidate profiles, market maps and other materials, ensuring information is accurate, clearly presented and professionally delivered
- Database Management: Maintain the firm’s internal systems and records, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and readily accessible
- Business Coordination: Assist with scheduling, calendar management, networking events and other activities that support the smooth running and continued growth of the business
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a bright, intellectually curious graduate with strong analytical instincts, excellent organisational skills and an interest in understanding how businesses and financial markets operate.
