Sytner Group’s Swansea BMW dealership is seeking a passionate Used Car Sales Manager to lead the used-vehicle team and drive profitability. You will hire and coach sales executives, run weekly sales meetings and provide mentoring and support to maximise performance.

This full-time role may include weekend work to maintain the highest service levels for our customers across Swansea. You will bring strong retail experience, leadership skills and a drive for continuous improvement.
