Field Renewable Energy Sales Pro — Uncapped Commission

Aira is seeking a self-motivated field-based Renewable Energy Sales specialist to drive home visits and close sales of heat pumps, solar panels and insulation across the UK. You will educate customers, generate leads via cold calling and referrals, and hit KPIs while managing your sales pipeline in HubSpot.

This role offers a base salary with uncapped commission, 25 days leave, pension, health plan, life insurance, and a company EV/fuel card. A valid UK driving license is required.
