Retail Customer Experience Lead

White Stuff is seeking a Customer Host Supervisor to lead a store team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and upholding visual and operational standards.

You’ll report to the Shop Manager, coach colleagues, drive stock management, promotions and KPI awareness, and support training and wellbeing initiatives.

This 35-hour contract may include weekend work, with a benefits package that includes a quarterly bonus and product discounts.
