Retail Security Officer – Calm, Customer-Focused Guardian

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Security Officer to protect customers, staff and stock in a busy retail environment. You will deter crime, respond to incidents, and provide high-level service while maintaining a calm, professional presence.

The role requires a valid SIA licence (DS or Security Guarding), DBS/BS7858 clearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. DBS/BS7858 clearance and UK right to work are mandatory.
