Social Housing Call Handler: Repairs & Resident Support

Confidential is seeking a Social Housing Call Handler to join a busy property services team in Crawley. You will be the first point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and coordinating repairs and maintenance bookings.

This role is office-based, 40 hours per week, temporary to permanent. A strong focus on customer service, clear communication, and accurate data-entry is essential to succeed in this role.
