Associate Director Business Development, UK & Nordics | London / Cambridge

A fast-growing global biologics and cell & gene therapy CDMO is hiring a new-business hunter to open up the UK and Nordic markets. This is newly created headcount as part of an international expansion.

You’ll be a pure hunter, generating new opportunities from your own network and taking them through to contract. The company offers an end-to-end biologics service, and you’ll be selling to a mix of pharma and biotech.

What we’re looking for:

• Mid-senior biologics business development experience within a CDMO, CRO or similar services environment
• A strong, active network across the UK and Nordics that you can use to open doors
• Experience taking specific biological programmes through to contract signature
• The ability to clearly explain how you generate new business
• London or Cambridge based ideally, with fluent English
