We are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful manufacturing business to recruit a Site HR Business Partner for its site in Carrickmacross. This is an opportunity to provide strategic, proactive HR support and help deliver the site’s people priorities.
Working closely with the Site Director and leadership team, you will influence decisions across a broad site-level HR remit, with 1 direct report. The role offers the scope to shape the employee experience, strengthen people practices and make a visible contribution to the site’s performance and culture.

The Role:
- Support workforce planning, organisational change and succession planning.
- Advise leaders on complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and capability cases.
- Lead employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and learning and development initiatives.
- Monitor HR data and KPIs, maintain accurate records and support audit readiness.
The Person:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified, studying towards the qualification, or with equivalent experience.
- Experienced in strategic HR business partnering and complex employee relations, ideally in manufacturing or FMCG.
- Commercially aware, with a good understanding of employment law, change management and succession planning.
- Confident coach and influencer, with strong communication skills, cultural awareness and attention to detail.
- Experience of Irish/UK/NI employment legislation and practical application, essential.
