Overview

In this role you help advertisers, publishers, and information providers leverage AWS to transform their businesses using AI, ML, and data analytics. You will own the technical relationship with customers, guiding secure, scalable, and cost-efficient cloud solutions. You’ll run architecture discussions, design sessions, and workshops, turning customer needs into actionable plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with customers and act as trusted advisor
• Translate customer needs into solution paths and design secure, scalable, cost-effective AWS-based solutions emphasizing generative AI, ML, and data analytics
• Lead architectural discussions, design sessions, and workshops across use cases like content creation/management, data platforms, ad tech, clean rooms, measurement, personalization
• Assist customers in moving AI/ML workloads from experimentation to production with sound trade-offs
• Contribute to account plans and engagement strategies with Account Managers, collaborating with specialist, partner, and service teams
• Identify and manage risks, deciding when to resolve or escalate
• Produce technical documentation, demos, and reference architectures for advertising, publishing, and information services use cases
• Capture customer feedback to inform AWS service teams and future features
• Share knowledge through peer reviews and mentoring newer team members

Key requirements

• Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures
• Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in software or Internet industries
• Background in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics
