Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of project managers to foster accountability and delivery excellence
• Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and resource needs with stakeholders
• Establish governance, reporting, and communication frameworks for transparency
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage execution, documentation, and stakeholder updates
• Lead cross-functional distributed teams to deliver initiatives on schedule and within budget
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies with informed decision-making
• Monitor performance with metrics and status reports to senior leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment across business and technology functions
• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement across projects

Key requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project Management and Information Technology Engineering
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading Software Engineering teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
