In this role you will help design and deliver major programmes within Deloitte’s Major Programmes practice. You will lead transformation workstreams, manage delivery plans, risks and financial controls, and strengthen client relationships. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to shape programme strategy and assurance, delivering sustainable benefits to clients in the financial services sector. Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of major programmes, including strategy, setup, delivery, and assurance reviews
• Lead transformation workstreams with plans, critical paths, and interdependencies
• Manage progress delivery: reporting, risk management, and financial controls
• Support growth of client relationships and proposals to win work
• Support development of propositions, solutions, and industry viewpoints
• Demonstrate strong presentation, facilitation, and communication across levels

Key requirements

• Project/Programme/PMO management experience
• Proven delivery experience in Financial Services (Finance/Actuarial Transformation, Organisation & Op Model Transformation, Digital/Cloud transformation, Regulatory, Cost Reduction)
• Experience in multi-disciplinary teams and fast-paced environments
• Ability to manage client/stakeholder relationships at all levels
• Problem solving, attention to detail, self-motivation and continuous professional development
• Experience in consulting or professional services, or as a client of such partners
