Commercial Finance Business Partner – East Leeds

Overview

In this role you will own commercial and financial reporting to inform decision-making across the group. You’ll work closely with the Commercial FD to monitor performance, budgets and site performance as the business expands. You will analyse weekly data, prepare board-ready performance insights and support new site openings. This is a newly created role with growth potential in a fast‑growing, multi-site operator. You will shape the position as the company scales and gain hands-on exposure to operations.

Responsibilities

• Produce weekly KPI reports and cost analysis to keep sites within budget
• Liaise with regional and site managers on staffing levels and budgets
• Analyse weekly activity data to support utilisation targets
• Prepare performance analysis for board meetings
• Visit sites to review staffing against demand levels
• Support the setup of new sites, including staff budgeting
• Prepare business cases and ad hoc investigations into site performance

Key requirements

• CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualification with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience
• Confident reading and interpreting a P&L
• Full, clean driving licence for site visits
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, flexible approach
• Experience in a multi-site or operational environment (highly desirable)
