In this role you will support a global client base, helping users derive value from Bloomberg products and services. You will troubleshoot technical issues, enable onboarding, and assist with account access across multiple channels. You’ll build product knowledge quickly and educate clients to boost confidence and proficiency. Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application issues
• Support product installations, onboarding, and account access
• Diagnose client problems via phone, chat, and email and coordinate with internal partners
• Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to improve proficiency
• Collaborate with cross-regional teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes
• Deliver high-quality client service and nurture long-term relationships

Key requirements

• Legal right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Japanese or Mandarin (written and spoken) in addition to English
• Strong communication and customer service skills across channels
• Interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage multiple priorities
