Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple tech teams to integrate functions to meet goals
• Identify system enhancements and analyze complex business processes
• Assess risks to application stability and performance and implement mitigations
• Define system scope and objectives for high-impact enhancements
• Develop troubleshooting skills and logging techniques to resolve issues
• Identify security risks and propose mitigation options
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to the support team
• Influence strategic decisions through advisory support to the business
