Plant and Vehicle Marshall / Multi-skilled Operative

Overview

In this role you will operate and bank telehandlers and 360 machines on civil site projects in Birmingham while performing essential groundwork tasks. You will work closely with on-site gangs to complete kerbing, ducting and related civils activities, contributing to the smooth running of the site. You will also cover gateman duties and be willing to muck in with other site tasks as needed. This position offers hands-on problem solving in a busy construction environment and supports project progress through skilled operation and teamwork. The role is suitable for multi-skilled operatives who value practical contribution and reliable site presence.

Responsibilities

• Bank and operate telehandler and 360 machinery on site
• Perform multi-skilled groundwork (kerbing, ducting, etc.)
• Collaborate with site gangs/teams to support on-site tasks
• Cover gateman duties as required
• Provide practical, hands-on support across civils activities

Key requirements

• CPCS A73 category card or NPORS N403 or N133 Plant and Vehicle Marshall card
• accompanied with a CSCS Card or CSCS logo
