You will provide practical, client-focused advice across acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land work. The role blends technical real estate work with business development and mentoring junior colleagues. Responsibilities
- Advising on residential development acquisitions, disposals and strategic land transactions
- Handling promotion agreements, option agreements, conditional contracts, overage arrangements
- Managing title investigations, easements, tenancies and other complex real estate issues
- Supporting client relationship management, business development activity and mentoring of junior team members
