Overview
In this role you will support a market-leading real estate team within a leading national firm. You will manage an agreed caseload on commercial property matters and develop alongside senior lawyers on complex transactions across a broad client base, including landed estates, developers, charities, universities and lenders. The position offers exposure to high-quality work and opportunities to grow within a supportive, high-caliber environment. You will contribute to delivering bespoke property solutions and helping clients achieve their property goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage an agreed caseload of commercial property matters
- Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex transactions
- Work across a broad client base including landed estates, charities, universities, lenders and developers
- Support delivery of bespoke property solutions
- Develop knowledge and skills within the property team
Key requirements
- 2-4 PQE
- solicitor status in England and Wales (implied)
- experience in commercial property law (implied)
