HR Director

Overview

In this HR Director role you will shape and deliver the people strategy for a growing international business, reporting to the CEO. You’ll lead an HR function across multiple locations, partnering with senior leaders to build capability, develop leadership, and drive engagement and culture to support ambitious growth. You’ll manage change initiatives, talent acquisition for expansion, and reward/employee experience programmes, while shaping internal communications. This is a strategic, execution‑oriented leadership role with a strong impact on global organisation design and people outcomes.

Key requirements

• Broad generalist HR experience at Director level
• Experience leading a Global/International HR team
• Exposure to consumer-based, high growth/scalable and PE/Investment backed environments preferred
