Residential Conveyancing Solicitor,CILEX/Licensed Conveyancer

Overview

In this role you will manage a broad residential property caseload within a respected Bristol firm. You’ll contribute to a growing Property team and handle a mix of matters from instruction to post-completion. The position offers autonomy in case management and an opportunity to support clients through sales, purchases, leases and registrations. You’ll work in a diverse, inclusive culture that values client-focused service and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Manage own conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
• Handle a wide range of matters: sales, purchases, leasehold, remortgages, first registrations, transfers of equity
• Provide proactive client communication and coordinate with fee earners and other professionals
• Ensure compliance, accurate documentation and risk management across transactions
• Collaborate with the Property team to support growth and service delivery

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor, CILEX or experienced licensed conveyancer
• Proven conveyancing experience as a fee earner in a team
• Around 5 years PQE (guideline)
• Ability to independently manage own caseload
• Strong client service and communication skills
