Remediation POD – Project Manager

Overview

As Deployment Strategist, you lead Remediation PODs, ensuring scope, schedule, and go-live success. You coordinate across customers, SI partners, and internal teams to keep engagements on track while shaping playbooks and accelerators for AI-driven delivery. You will influence portfolio health and contribute to reusable delivery assets. This role combines governance, planning, and hands-on escalation management to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate scope alignment with customer, SI partner, and stakeholders to define remediation boundaries
• Drive scope compression to leverage out-of-the-box capabilities and speed delivery
• Monitor progress against remediation plans; share status and risks with leadership
• Represent POD in daily standups and weekly syncs; escalate and surface blockers
• Coordinate go-live handoff and ensure smooth transition to BAU delivery
• Support future engagements with scoping, playbooks, templates, and frameworks
• Document lessons learned and contribute to AI-based delivery accelerators and libraries
• Assist in health assessments and account scoring with customers and partners

Key requirements

• 8+ years in delivery/program management or consulting with experience running at-risk or remediation engagements
• Strong stakeholder and escalation management; comfortable engaging with SI partners and customer executives
• PM/Agile certification (PMP, CSM, SAFe) (preferred)
• Prior Salesforce or Life Sciences delivery experience (preferred)
