Responsibilities

• Advise on divorce and financial remedy proceedings
• Handle TOLATA disputes and Schedule 1 Children Act applications
• Manage child arrangements disputes and urgent injunctions
• Develop and maintain client relationships while managing own caseload

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (0–3 PQE) or Chartered Legal Executive
• Genuine interest in private family law
• Previous exposure to private family matters preferred
• Confident communicator, commercially aware
• Team-oriented with ability to manage own caseload
