Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions
• Collaborate with partners within the Corporate Team
• Contribute to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, MBOs/Buy-ins, business transfers, and restructuring
• Provide general corporate advisory support
• Engage with a friendly, high-quality client service mindset
• Support in a collaborative firm culture with opportunities for career progression

Key requirements

• at least 4 years PQE in corporate law
