Overview
In this role you will support underwriting and financial analysis for real estate acquisitions and portfolio strategies across the UK, collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform investment decisions. You will build models, conduct market due diligence, and prepare memos and performance reports, helping shape asset performance and portfolio strategy. You will contribute to innovation through data-driven decision-making and AI exploration in real estate. This is a fast-paced position in a London-focused real estate investor with broad regional exposure.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support acquisitions, disposals, and portfolio strategy
- Conduct market research and due diligence to inform investment decisions
- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and performance reports
- Support portfolio management and asset performance tracking
- Collaborate with teams and partners to execute transactions and manage assets
- Contribute to innovation by exploring AI and data-driven decision-making in real estate
Key requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in real estate investment or real estate private equity
- Proven real estate investment and underwriting experience in London and across the UK regions
- Degree in finance, real estate, economics, or related field
- Skilled communicator with excellent presentation and PowerPoint ability
- Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills

- Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; confident with valuations and cashflow analysis
