Responsibilities
- Lead a varied caseload focused on professional negligence and financial disputes
- Provide strategic and commercial legal advice to clients
- Supervise colleagues and contribute to their development
- Engage in business development activities and produce legal updates
Key requirements
- A qualified Solicitor
- Ideally 4-6 PQE (candidates outside this bracket with relevant experience encouraged)
- Expertise in professional negligence litigation
- Solid grasp of litigation process and CPR
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience supervising team members (bonus)
