Reward & Benefits Manager

Overview

In this role you will design and lead the reward and benefits strategy for a growing business, partnering with the HR Director and senior stakeholders. You will manage cyclical pay and benefits programmes while overseeing vendor relationships and data insights to uphold market relevance. The position blends strategic design with operational delivery, across a dispersed workforce in a fast-paced environment. You will work to implement best practices and drive impactful reward initiatives that support growth and retention.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the reward and benefits strategy
• Lead the annual salary and pay review processes
• Design incentive and recognition programmes
• Benchmarking and performance analysis
• Manage administration of employee benefits and vendor relationships
• Data analysis, management and reporting
• Stay up-to-date on reward and benefits innovations and best practices
• Oversee related systems and tools management

Key requirements

• Experienced reward and benefits professional with proven track record in pay, reward and benefits
• Understanding of compensation trends and regulatory requirements
• Ability to operate across strategic and operational capacities
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders
• Experience in managing benefits administration and vendor relationships
