Overview

In this role you join a growing mid-sized city law firm’s non-contentious construction team to handle transactional construction matters for real estate and infrastructure clients. You will work on projects across JCT, NEC and EPC frameworks, supporting clients in sectors like student accommodation, energy/renewables, and infrastructure. • Provide transactional support on non-contentious construction matters
• Engage with clients in real estate, student accommodation, energy/renewables, and infrastructure sectors
• Work with JCT, NEC and EPC contracts
