Responsibilities

• Manage complex commercial litigation matters end-to-end
• Draft pleadings, opinions and case documents with strong attention to detail
• Lead case management tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain direct client contact and take ownership on matters
• Advise on strategy for high-stakes disputes, including cross-border issues
• Collaborate in a collegial, entrepreneurial environment

Key requirements

• Common Law qualified
• 5+ years’ PQE gained at a disputes practice
• Experience handling complex commercial litigation matters
• Strong drafting and case management skills
• Direct client contact and responsibility on matters
