HR Manager

Overview

As a standalone HR Manager, you will lead the HR function within CBSO, shaping policies and delivering an end-to-end people service. You’ll advise managers and the board on the employee lifecycle and drive the implementation of HR systems and strategies. The role suits a highly organized, approachable, and confident HR practitioner who can operate autonomously and apply best practice.
