Senior AI Engineer – Agentic AI

Overview

In this role, you will build production-grade agentic AI systems that operate on real financial data, enabling autonomous workflows and decision support. You will shape end-to-end AI solutions with product and design partners, from conception to production and post-launch ownership. You’ll work on customer-facing LLM-powered features and internal AI capabilities within a regulated environment that emphasizes reliability, security, and auditability. This is a hands-on, impact-focused senior engineering position with a clear mission to scale responsible AI across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship LLM-powered and agentic product features for customer financial management
• Develop agentic AI systems that reason over context, invoke tools, act, and recover from failures
• Architect and implement production-grade RAG pipelines over sensitive financial data with strict auditability and safety
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure (LLM services, agent orchestration, evaluation/monitoring tools)
• Own production systems, focusing on reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes
• Collaborate with product and design to drive customer outcomes beyond mere technical execution

Key requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production exposure to LLMs or applied ML
• Proven track record of shipping AI-powered or agentic systems used by real users
• Strong backend, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure fundamentals
• Hands-on with modern LLM tooling and agentic patterns/architectures
• Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
• Strong ownership mindset and judgment; comfortable with ambiguity and shipping reliable products
