Responsibilities

• Manage non-contentious restructuring and insolvency matters (domestic and cross-border)
• Advise clients including banks, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and corporates
• Deliver high-value, complex work with support from a technical, collaborative team
• Communicate clearly and work proactively within a team-focused environment

Key requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE in restructuring and insolvency
• Experience from a respected team and strong-quality firm
